I have recently been introduced to Pinterest....... and of course I was instantly addicted. My one problem that I run into on Pinterest is that the links to these really awesome ideas are dead ends! :( I find that it will be a picture, or sometimes there will be a blog but the blog does not fully explain how to make what I found on Pinterest. After months of being disappointed by Pinterest pinners, I have decided that I will start blogging (like I said I would months ago) and I will try my best to give the best details that I can. I am also open to any questions you may have, and I will do my best to answer them.
I will go ahead and admit that I am a new crafter. I just recently have decided to start trying my hand and being crafty. I have just started crocheting, I am getting a sewing machine for Christmas, and I am doing only DIY Christmas gifts for everyone (except my 2 kids). That being said, don't expect my projects to be perfect because they won't be AND you may even find better ways to do things.

Is That Fall I Feel??
I am so over this heat! I have been ready for fall since about April. I have not enjoyed this heat and neither have my kids in their hot car seats. Lately, in the morning when I take Bri to school it is cool out and I normally wear a long sleeved shirt. I can not WAIT for fall!! I love the trees changing colors, the cool temperatures, being able to open the windows (not to mention that cheap power bill!), and fall scented candles burning all day!

A Little About Me
Me & My Family:
I'm Ashley, I'm married and have two kids. I also blog over at The Robinson Family about my children and what we do as a family. That blog is more for our family to keep up with the kids without having to have Facebook, but feel free to read it if you would like. (I'm not much of a Facebook fan anyway and I don't like putting a lot of pictures on there.) My husband is Robert, or Rob (you may see either in my posts but just know it is the same person!) and we have been married for 6 years. My daughter is Brianne but we call her Bri and she is 4. My son is Logan and he is 8 months old.
What I Do:
I am a stay-at-home mom, and a full-time online student with University of Phoenix. My daughter started school this year so it is just my son and I (and the devil cat) at home during the days.
What I LOVE:
-When I get the chance, I love to read! I could easily spend a whole day reading a good book with only taking breaks to eat and go to the bathroom!
- I love to travel and see new things.
- I love clear water beaches.
- I love things that smell good, either clean and crisp or like fall and winter! (candles, air fresheners, reed diffusers, etc)
- I love music playing in a quiet house.
This is just a little about me and plan on telling more in each blog.

New Blog
I have been thinking lately about starting up a blog just for me. I have one for the family but sometimes I want to write a little about me and my day-to-day life.... So here it is!! I have finally done it! I am new to this blogging world so you will have to bare with me and slowly I will get better.
